Trust PinkWood to protect what is important.
PinkWood I-joists are manufactured to precise tolerances and will resist warping, crowning and shrinkage. Available in five distinct series and in depths from 9.5" through 24", PinkWood I-joists are designed to fit any application.
PinkWood finger joint lumber (FJlumber) provides long length structural lumber solutions to a number of industries. Available in widths from 2" x 3" up to 2" x 10" and in grades #2 and better up to 2100 MSR.
PinkWood's Class A products are coated with PinkShield - a proprietary fire resistant coating that has been engineered to dramatically increase the fire resistance of wood products. Our Class A fire resistant I-joists are five times more fire resistant then un-protected I-joists as tested by Intertek and approved under *CAN/ULC S102-10 and ASTM E84-13a.
PinkWood Class A I-joists have:
- a flame spread rating <= 25;
- a smoke development classification of 125; and
- are mildew and weather resistant.
Extreme heat causes PinkShield to swell and produces an insulating char that absorbs heat energy and provides protection to the I-joist web.
