 Build a kid to cure 2011 is seeing Pink this year

In 2002, three local cancer survivors initiated a fundraiser for research for kids’ cancers.  Since then, Sorento Custom Homes, along with their trades and suppliers, have raised over a million dollars for Cancer Research as well as local kid’s cancer charities.  

This year Sorento Custom Homes will be building a house in 30 days in the community of Westlake in Red Deer.  Each home built by Sorento has raised on average $150,000.  All the proceeds of this years build will go to the Ronald McDonald House Central Alberta.   Pinkwood is very proud to have donated the Fire, Mold and Moisture resistant pink coating on the framing package supplied by Timber Wolf Truss.
