Rachel Reddicon-Brown moved to Wetaskiwin from Vancouver to be closer to her mother and hasn’t looked back since. Her and her four children were chosen to be a Habitat family. Rachel loves living in Wetaskiwin, “It’s been a great move for us coming to Wetaskiwin. My kids are excelling in a small town environment and now we have this great opportunity with Habitat for Humanity. The living conditions where we are now aren’t good partly because of the mold problems and it is hard on us because of our allergies. It is reassuring to know that our floors, walls and trusses in our new home will be protected from mold thanks to Pinkwood and Habitat for Humanity.”
